What is Discover?

Discover is step one in your learning journey because it tells you where you are now. By increasing your self-awareness you make better decisions about your future development. In Discover, there are three learning experiences to complete.

The first is a 180, a self-assessment where you think about what you are good at and what you would like to improve.

The second is a 360, a review that involves asking people you trust for their feedback on your Strengths and Growth Opportunities.

The third stage is checking how these have influenced your CQ Match, which suggests which Character Qualities would be most useful for you to work on.
